The Neeld Community & Arts Centre is Chippenham's main arts venue, run by Chippenham Town Council on Borough Parade (SN15 3ER) in Wiltshire. A 2015 refurbishment installed retractable tiered theatre seating, giving the auditorium a total capacity of 217 in either a flat-floor or raked configuration. The Neeld brings a varied cultural life to the town with professional touring shows, live music, comedy, theatre, exhibitions and community events, supported by proper theatre-standard staging, lighting and sound. It's a flexible municipal arts centre rather than a dedicated band room, but live music is a regular fixture of the programme. Bookings and venue hire are handled by the council's venues team.
