About Nambucca

Nambucca is a grassroots music venue in Holloway, London with a standing capacity of approximately 300. Bring your own PA, mics and instruments.

Nambucca books Ska acts. Both original music and covers are welcome. This listing is part of the London venue directory.

Nambucca is a 300-capacity grassroots live-music venue at 596 Holloway Road in North London (N7 6LB), long one of the area's key indie rooms. Since its 2014 refurbishment — which moved the stage to the back of the room for a clear view — it has hosted early gigs by the likes of Wolf Alice, The Wombats and Fat White Family. After closing in April 2022, it re-opened under new management in October 2024 and is once again running indie, alternative, punk and ska nights (the source listing was a ska bill — The Silencerz vs The False Dots). A storied small venue back in business on the Holloway Road.
