Meyrick Park is a parkland concert setting on the north side of Bournemouth town centre, best known as the home of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra's annual Proms in the Park weekend. Two large-scale open-air concerts - typically a symphonic-hits night and a themed nostalgia night - draw picnicking crowds for live orchestral and pop-symphonic music, each culminating in a firework and pyrotechnic finale. Gates open at 6pm with concerts starting at 8pm. There is no on-site parking, but the park is within easy walking distance of the town centre.
