Ludlow Assembly Rooms is a leading community arts venue for live music, theatre, cinema and family entertainment, set in a restored 19th-century building (Mill Street, Ludlow) on the market square in the heart of Ludlow, Shropshire — not London, despite the import slug. Opened in May 1993 in the updated buildings of the former Assembly Rooms (dating from 1840), the auditorium seats around 253 (up to 291 with catering layouts) and runs a packed year-round programme alongside community classes and courses. The 2026-2027 calendar includes folk and acoustic names such as Josienne Clarke, Cerys Hafana and The Guilty Men, plus Motown and tribute shows.
