Each summer it hosts the Forest Live series — large-scale, professionally produced open-air concerts among the pines, heathland and broadleaves. In 2026 the site marks 25 years of live music in the nation's forests, with a line-up that has included McFly, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Fatboy Slim, Snow Patrol and UB40, following previous headliners such as Bryan Adams, Sting, Paloma Faith and Tom Jones.
