Hall By The Sea is the largest indoor venue at Dreamland Margate, a warehouse-style concert hall on the Kent seafront at Marine Terrace (CT9 1XJ). It holds up to 1,400 standing — or 475 theatre-style and 300 for a seated dinner — under a high industrial roof that pairs raw warehouse charm with the carnival atmosphere of the amusement park surrounding it. The room runs a powerful house PA and a full standing-format layout, and has become a regular stop for touring indie, rock and electronic acts: recent and past bills include Richard Hawley, The Enemy, The Dualers, Cradle of Filth, Public Image Ltd and Public Service Broadcasting. Fully wheelchair accessible with a dedicated lift and an accessible platform for up to six wheelchair users plus companions, and gig-goers can take in Dreamland's vintage rides and seafront bars before and after the show.
