Excellar (ExCellar) is a wine bar, café and wine shop at 18-20 Brighton Road, Surbiton (KT6 5PQ), within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Since 2018 it has run intimate live music in its Surbiton store — mostly original singer-songwriters, jazz, funk and acoustic acts in a small seated room. Its Ex Cellar Jazz series mixes touring artists with local performers. A characterful grassroots spot for original and acoustic music.
