Spread across six spaces (Facility, Record, Gallery, Yard, Concept and Studio), it pairs coworking and artist studios with a serious underground live-events room. The Record space, all exposed pipework and industrial concrete, holds up to 200 standing and is a go-to for electronic, house, techno and drum & bass nights.
