The Crown Joules is the oldest pub in Codsall, near Wolverhampton — a Joule's Brewery house in a grand Edwardian-style building with open fires and stained glass. It runs live music in the main bar every Friday plus songwriters' and listening-room nights spotlighting original country and acoustic acts, with DJ sessions in 'The Library' and occasional courtyard events. The village pub even hosted a leading West Midlands jazz club in its earlier life.
