Cottiers Theatre is a celebrated live-music and theatre venue in Glasgow's West End, housed in a beautifully restored Victorian former church at 93 Hyndland Street (G11 5PU). Its main hall — all stained glass and ornate stonework — is prized for its natural acoustics and works for everything from plugged-in rock and folk to unplugged acoustic sets, stage plays and stand-up comedy. The space flexes between configurations: roughly 150 cabaret, 250 seated (up to 300 with a smaller stage) and around 550 for all-standing gigs. A first-class in-house PA and lighting rig means visiting acts don't need to bring their own, making it a favourite stop for touring and local artists alike.
