Central Hall is a handsome Methodist-built events space near Tollcross in Edinburgh, opened in 1901 and refurbished in 2012. Its main auditorium seats a sizeable crowd (figures range from around 800 up to 1,000 depending on layout) and hosts everything from concerts and school showcases to launches and banquets. It is a flexible, multi-purpose hall that becomes a busy fixture during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
