Barrowland Ballroom is arguably the most legendary live music venue in Scotland — a 1,900-capacity room above the Barras market in Glasgow's East End, opened in 1934. Its sprung dance floor, iconic neon sign and raw, unpolished interior have hosted everyone from indie heroes to global rock acts, who routinely name it among their favourite places to play.
