Aviva Studios is the landmark home of Factory International in Manchester's St John's quarter, opened in 2023 as the UK's largest new cultural building in a generation. The Warehouse is its vast 21-metre-high gig hall, holding up to 5,000 standing and configurable via a full-height acoustic wall, hosting major touring artists alongside theatre, dance and exhibitions. A flagship large-scale venue for ambitious live music in the city.
