The Braid Arts Centre is the largest purpose-built concert venue in Ballymena, part of the council-run Braid (Town Hall, Museum and Arts Centre) complex on Bridge Street. Its 425-seat Main Concert Hall comes with state-of-the-art sound and lighting and a full operating flytower, and it can accommodate everything from professional touring theatre to large-scale music events. The annual programme runs from country and classical music to folk, traditional and rock, plus a monthly Braid Real Music series and comedy and film nights — a fully staffed venue with in-house technical support.
