The Night
The Perch is one of Swansea's busiest independent live-music bars on Wind Street, and its Open Mic Jam Night runs every Thursday with free entry and happy hour all day long. It's an open, supportive jam where musicians and singers of any level can take the stage, with full live gigs filling the rest of the week (Friday from 6pm, Saturday from 4pm, Sunday from 5pm). Bring your weapon of choice and have a play — follow @theperchswansea for the week's line-up.
About The Perch
The Perch sits in the heart of Swansea's famous Wind Street (66 Wind St, SA1 1EQ) and bills itself as "Swansea's Best Live Music Venue". It's an independent bar with an electric live-music programme spanning indie, rock, jazz and funk from local and touring acts, plus comedy nights, karaoke and jam sessions. Live music runs across the weekend: Fridays from 6pm, Saturdays from 4pm and Sundays from 5pm. Alongside the music there's a full cocktail list, an all-day happy hour and a tapas menu. A grassroots-friendly Wind Street fixture for performers and music-lovers alike.
