About This Open Mic
The Night
Glachbeg Croft Folk Club is a warm, family-friendly acoustic night run by Bob Bull at a croft on the Black Isle, just off the A9 at the Munlochy junction near North Kessock. It meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm, opening with an open mic (slots usually around 10 minutes) before featured guests take the floor for longer sets, all played through a proper mixing desk and PA. Entry is free with donations welcome, and it has become a well-loved gathering for local musicians and listeners alike.
About Glachbeg Croft Folk Club
Glachbeg Croft is a working croft and education centre at Allanglach Wood, North Kessock, on the Black Isle just across the Kessock Bridge from Inverness.
