The Night

Rafferty's on Baker Street is a characterful central-Middlesbrough micropub that runs an open mic every Tuesday from 8pm. It's a chilled, all-welcome night — covers or originals, jam with other performers, and you'll get a free drink for playing. There's an in-house guitar and cajon to use, so you can travel light. Real ales and craft beers on the bar; live music also runs Fridays and Saturdays.

About Rafferty's Bar

Rafferty's is a Baker Street bar in a former Victorian street house that's become one of central Middlesbrough's friendliest spots for live music. There's an open mic every Tuesday from 8pm — all styles welcome, covers or originals, with an in-house guitar and cajon to use and a free drink for performers — plus live acoustic acts every Friday and Saturday. Upstairs there's a cocktail bar for the weekend crowd.
