The Alma Inn is a CAMRA award-winning country freehouse set in an acre of land on the edge of Linton, about five miles from Ross-on-Wye. Its informal, mainly acoustic music night on the first Thursday of every month from around 9pm is well supported by local singers, musicians and bands — anyone who fancies playing or just listening only needs to turn up. The pub is also home to the three-day blues-themed Linton Music Festival each July and the Linton Summer Sessions.
