Featuring Hassan’s West African Drummers and The Unknowns Colchester Unite Against Racism Hassan will play West African percussion, having been taught by Famoudu Konaté, the renowned drumming master from Guinea. Formed in an asylum hotel, The Unknowns are a talented refugee band fusing music from the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Their songs speak of homeland, family and hope for the future. Running time approximately 2 hours 30 minutes (including interval). Age guidance: 14+ Free entry. Please note: Tickets are free and general admission, but we advise you to book in advance.
